My stay at this hotel was truly disappointing. Upon entering our room, we were hit with a strong smell of smoke, despite booking a non-smoking room. The lack of alternative room options and the dismissive attitude of the staff added to our frustration. On top of that, we faced issues with being overcharged for our stay, which made our experience feel even worse. I wouldn't recommend staying here, as I’m sure you could find a better place for just a bit more money.

Staying at this hotel was a nightmare. The smell of cigarettes hit us the moment we entered our supposed non-smoking room, and to make matters worse, we couldn't get a different room. The reception staff didn't seem to care, and the whole experience felt like something out of a bad film. On top of that, we had issues with our payment, getting charged twice for our rooms. Save your money and look elsewhere—this place is definitely not worth it.
